Background

As a Registered Dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. I’ve provided nutrition therapy for a wide range of conditions, but I especially enjoy supporting clients who are ready to make meaningful lifestyle changes because change isn’t easy, and no one should have to do it alone.

 Healthy eating shouldn’t feel stressful, rigid, or boring it should fit your life and help you feel your best every day. My approach is practical; I focus on creating strategies that work for real life, tailoring care to each person’s unique circumstances. In our sessions, you can expect more than just advice. I’ll equip you with the tools, confidence, and knowledge to make realistic, sustainable changes that align with your goals.

 What sets me apart is my global experience. Having lived and worked in five states and four countries, I’ve learned the importance of listening deeply, being patient, and appreciating the diverse ways people connect with food and health. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet clients where they are; with respect, empathy, and understanding.

 I first became interested in nutrition as a competitive runner, seeing firsthand how food choices influenced performance and well-being. I wanted to share this knowledge and my new passion with others so they can discover how food can heal and energize. Even in today’s digital world, I believe human connection and compassionate care are what truly make a difference. 

 When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors either traveling, hiking, cycling, free-diving or trying my best to learn pickleball. And on quieter days, I love relaxing with a great TV series or good book.
