Located in Long Island, New York - I am an inclusive nutrition practitioner, focusing on a holistic approach to health and wellness.   My belief is that proper nutrition is most effective when combined with hydration, exercise, healthy sleep habits, stress management, and supplementation when indicated.   In addition to being an avid weight lifter, I enjoy swimming, cooking, traveling, spending time with my family and children, playing & coaching sports.   I am also a hobbyist musician.
