Lindsay Hirst, MS, RDN, CHES
Hi there, I’m Lindsay, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah, and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). I bring a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to nutrition that’s both practical and compassionate. My experience ranges from clinical dietetics in pediatric and outpatient settings to state-level leadership overseeing federal Child Nutrition Programs.
Whether I’m helping you navigate complex dietary needs, optimize your wellness goals, or support a lifestyle change, my focus is on creating personalized plans that work for you. I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and I’m here to be a guide, not a gatekeeper.
Clients working with me can expect a judgment-free space, thoughtful education, and sustainable strategies. I specialize in areas such as pediatric nutrition, chronic disease management such as kidney disease, digestive health, and weight management nutrition. I also love working with individuals and families who want to feel more confident and capable in their food choices.
A little about me: I’m a lover of learning, collaboration, and anything that brings more ease and joy into everyday life. My passion lies in helping others feel more connected to their bodies and more in control of their health, one meaningful step at a time.
I’m so glad you’re here! Let’s build something supportive together.
