She enjoys sharing simple, nourishing recipes and product recommendations that make healthy living more accessible and enjoyable.
Raquel earned her BS in Human Biology and her Master’s in Nutrition from CUNY Hunter College. In addition to her academic background, Raquel is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic health practices, bringing a well-rounded and integrative approach to her work.
