Hi, I am Nisha. I have been working has a registered dietitian for 10 plus years with both adult and Pediatric population. I am a certified specialist in Renal Nutrition and is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have experience providing Medical Nutrition to complex clients with chronic kidney diseases well as patients who are on dialysis and who had kidney transplantation. I am also specialized in management of Diabetes and other chronic illness. I provide patient centered care and I walk hand in hand with clients to help manage their nutritional needs and lifestyle. I believe that 'you are what you eat 'and will help you create habits and make lifestyle changes to achieve health and happiness.I am from India, the land of Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic living. I am proud of my culture, tradition and foods. I enjoy cooking, listening to music and spending time with my family.
