Background

I studied Nutritional Sciences at the University of Florida and now practice in a clinical setting where I've been able to learn the medical complexities of nutrition. I love soaking up all the knowledge from a clinically challenging setting; however with my original captivation with nutrition being in preventative health, my goal is to help people learn healthy habits early on to avoid serious health complications. Outside of work you can find me experimenting with new recipes, working out, shopping at Costco playing pickle ball and being anywhere the sun can reach me!
