Hi, I’m Lauren, a registered dietitian who’s here to help you feel better in your body, build habits that actually last, and take the pressure off doing everything “perfectly.” I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with their health goals—whether it’s improving energy, finding a realistic approach to weight loss, or simply feeling in control of food again. If you’ve tried everything and still feel like nothing quite works for you, I want you to know: that’s not your fault—and you’re not alone. My areas of expertise include weight management, fatigue and energy issues, blood sugar balance, and creating high-protein, sustainable eating plans. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to optimize their performance and recovery, as well as clients navigating gut health, body composition, emotional eating, and dietary changes without restriction or shame.
