I received my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, completed a dietetic internship, passed the Registered Dietitian (RD) exam and then received my Masters of Science in Nutrition. I have been practicing in outpatient for 9 years, which is where my passion lies as I am able to develop rapport with my clients while allowing them to build trust with me. For my first job as an RD, I started working at a weight management clinic and then became the manager of an eating disorder clinic. I've been working in eating disorders for about 7 years. I also work with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases, disordered eating, etc. I also work per diem at a skilled nursing facility, treating malnutrition, weight management, dysphagia and several other nutrition related concerns. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new restaurants, cooking, playing basketball, Cape Cod, running and spending time with my partner, family and friends. I look forward to getting to know you, working with you and helping you along this amazing step you are taking to prioritize your overall wellbeing.
"I combine evidence-based nutrition therapy with an empathetic, trauma-informed and weight-inclusive approach. I treat each client individually based on their own needs and what works best for them. I meet each client where they are, working at a pace that respects their readiness and resilience, while challenging them when needed and appropriate."
