Hi there! I’m Molly. I am a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years of experience. I strive to empower and guide you to make your nutrition goals achievable and sustainable. I believe in treating the whole person. It is essential you feel heard in a non-judgmental, weight inclusive space to explore your relationship with food without shame or guilt. I incorporate my training as a Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, Certified Behavior Change Specialist and Yoga Teacher to help you achieve your goals. This training provides me with the diversity to bring evidence-based practices utilizing both inner and outer wisdom to incorporate balance into every aspect of eating. I have worked in many realms of nutrition. My focus is cardiac health, weight management, disordered eating, recipe creation and menu development. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, particularly entertaining my husband with my “witty dietitian” humor (his words). I find joy trying new restaurants, traveling to unfamiliar places, boating, skiing, trying new recipe creations on adventurous friends, yoga, throwing countless balls for our pup, or curling up on my favorite chair and enjoying a good book and cup of tea.
