Hi, I’m Nickie Patel, a Registered Dietitian with a background in kinesiology who helps busy people optimize their health through personalized nutrition, habit coaching, and data-driven insights.
Most of my clients come to me for one of three reasons. They want to lose weight without wrecking their metabolism. They’re dealing with hormone issues like PCOS, thyroid problems, or stubborn fatigue. Or they want to perform better in the gym, at work, and in life.
My job is to connect all of those dots.
I take a whole-body, science-based approach to nutrition that looks at your food, your movement, your stress, your sleep, and your real-world habits. I also use data from tools like Apple Health, WHOOP, and bloodwork when available to spot patterns that are easy to miss, so we can make smarter, more targeted changes instead of guessing.
You won’t get a generic meal plan here. You’ll get a strategy that fits your schedule, your culture, and your goals whether that’s fat loss, better blood sugar, hormone balance, gut health, or just feeling more energized and in control of your body again.
I’m big on sustainability. That means no crash diets, no food guilt, and no perfectionism. We build habits that you can actually keep while living a full life.
Outside of sessions you’ll find me lifting heavy, going on long “hot girl” walks, sipping matcha, and journaling through whatever season of life I’m in. I know firsthand how hard it is to balance ambition, stress, and health, which is why I focus so much on helping my clients create routines that support both their goals and their nervous system.
