Background

I have been a Registered Dietitian for 30-plus years inspired by personal struggles of low self-esteem, disordered eating, and weight cycling with obesity. During my studies, I used my body as an experiment to test and embrace what worked. I now share 5 Key Principles that help anyone attain their best, or the ATP life (Attain Top Performance).

I am fascinated by the perfection and design of the body to heal itself when given what it needs and continue to review the latest research and share curated information with my clients for their success.

Over the years my learning has led to a master’s in Health Education and becoming certified as a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer, Aerobic and Pilates Instructor with a Certificate in Training for Adult Weight Management.

My experience spans many areas with expertise in weight loss management focusing on fat loss with muscle development, chronic disease treatment through lifestyle, behavior health, disordered eating, diabetes prevention and reversal, fitness training, and developing self-compassion through every area. I focus on the whole person and their unique life challenges to ensure all changes fit their priorities, support their goals and create a lifestyle for health. All I ask is my clients are curious and open to trying something that may be their key to success.

Jane completely changed how I think about food. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense.
