Hey there! I’m Taylor North, a registered dietitian based out of Dallas, Texas passionate about helping people heal and thrive through nutrition. My passion for nutrition started in high school on medical trips to Uganda. I worked in malnutrition clinics where I saw firsthand how food can transform and heal lives. This experience led me to earn a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arkansas, followed by a Master of Public Health from Samford University.
I have extensive experience in diverse nutrition settings, including outpatient counseling, eating disorder treatment, and clinical nutrition in hospitals. In my current role working inpatient, I work with patients across a wide range of complex disease states such as oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, kidney and liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, and autoimmune-related concerns. My hospital experience has given me a deep understanding of how nutrition supports healing and disease management across multiple systems.
In addition to my clinical work, I guide people in healing from inflammation caused by stress, lifestyle factors, or chronic conditions. I offer support in optimizing hormone health, with a focus on hormonally sensitive life stages such as PCOS, preconception (TTC), pregnancy, and postpartum. Through personalized guidance, I help clients develop a sustainable, nourishing relationship with food to support their long-term health and well-being.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized. Whether you are looking to manage a medical condition, expand your knowledge on healing your body from the inside out, or work on your relationship with food, I’m here to provide guidance that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your unique needs.
I am excited to work together to create a plan that empowers you to feel your best without guilt, stress, or confusion!
