During our sessions, we work together to create a personalized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, preferences, medical history, and current challenges. We may focus on meal planning, grocery shopping guidance, building realistic routines and consistency, nutrition education, lab review, setting SMART goals, metabolic health, and disease management. Fitness programming and coaching are also available separately for additional accountability and support.
