Background

Hi, there! I'm Brooke. I've been a licensed dietitian for the past 12 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science and Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences.

I specialize in working with clients struggling with feeding and eating behaviors, eating disorders and body image dissatisfaction associated with mental and behavioral health, including: anxiety, OCD, trauma, and substance abuse.

I utilize the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size (HAES), and DBT mindful-based skills to promote behavior change, self-acceptance, and gratitude. This paves the way for discovering an individualized, sustainable eating style that organically transforms into a new way of life. This life transformation will open the opportunity for you to willingly shed your protective exterior false self, along with the habitual food-based coping mechanisms (dieting, bingeing, emotional overeating, restricting, compensatory methods of purging calories) that keep you imprisoned. You can then confidently welcome the inner authentic self to shine through releasing an overall sense of serenity, mind-body reconciliation, and wellbeing.

I will meet you where you're at and customize a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

If this sounds good to you, feel free to message me! We can look at our potential to work together and how we can re-build your eating behaviors to reach your unique health and wellness goals.
