Background

I’ve always been intrigued with the importance of nutrition on well-being. My personal journey as an adult made me want to learn more about how my lifestyle played a role in my overall well-being. For years I did my own research, read books on nutrition, and spoke to anyone who shared my same passion. One day I decided to turn my passion into my career and earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition.

When it comes to health and wellness, I believe in a whole body approach and integrate my first Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. Both degrees combined make me a knowledgeable and compassionate dietitian, guiding clients toward their individual goals. In 2012, I also gained my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition allowing me to use a functional approach to wellness with my clients.

I don't get caught up with trends in the wellness industry. I am dedicated to understanding what enables my clients to make optimal decisions for their individual health. I create personalized plans for each client with goals not limited to nutrition. Other factors including sleep, stress and exercise may need some work! There is no one size fits all approach. I focus on general wellbeing and health, weight loss, healthy aging, autoimmune conditions, digestive health, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, family nutrition, and more. I look forward to working with you on your journey to better health!
