"My ideal client to work with is someone who has the will to overcome their weaknesses and is committed to creating a healthy lifestyle. I empower my clients by assisting them to set challenging, meaningful, reasonable, and attainable goals in order to achieve their vision of better health. I have a direct approach and will give constructive criticism when needed. But I am also patient and will be your cheerleader every step of the way on your journey towards better health."
