Background

I’m a former athlete who became a registered dietitian, board-certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD), and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). My experience working with a wide range of athletes has made me adaptable to many different dietary backgrounds, health concerns, and lifestyles. I take the time to meet people where they’re at and help them make sustainable nutrition changes that support energy, performance, and overall well-being. My clients can expect patience, clear guidance, steady accountability, and practical strategies they can use right away.

While I specialize in performance nutrition and active lifestyles, I also support clients with goals related to weight management, gut health, PCOS, IBS, Crohn’s disease, POTS, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and improving their relationship with food. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with real-life coaching so your plan feels achievable—not overwhelming.

I became an RD because I love helping people harness their inner athlete—whatever that looks like—to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health. Outside of work, you can usually find me training, baking, or taking care of my two kittens. I’m here to support you every step of the way with a friendly, encouraging, and down-to-earth style.
