I am a registered dietitian practicing out of Colorado, however, I am licensed in states all over the country. My basic education includes obtaining my degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Colorado, completing 1,500 hours of supervised practice and a board exam. Since then, I have completed multiple continuing education programs including extensive training in Pediatric and Adult Obesity Management and the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS.
I have practiced in multiple settings, including both inpatient and outpatient which provides experience in a number of different patient populations and conditions. I am your nutrition expert in anything from weight management, managing chronic conditions, gut health, women’s health, or even for anyone just looking for a general nutrition boost.
I combine medical nutrition therapy with motivational interviewing to inspire positive and self-driven change in my clients. I use a patient-centered approach to care which puts my clients in control of their health journey. The world of health and nutrition can be overwhelming, and even a little bit confusing. I can help you navigate this and guide you toward sustainable diet and lifestyle change!
I take a patient-centered and collaborative approach to care with my clients. I will meet you where you are at in your heath journey and help you build confidence with food and healthy decision making. I believe in flexible, individualized nutrition care. There are many different approaches to eating that can support health. Together, we’ll focus on small, sustainable changes that support your health goals, fit your routine, and feel realistic long-term.
