Background

My practice is rooted in respect, personalization, and sustainable behavior change related to food and physical activity. With over 15 years of experience in clinical outpatient nutrition and public health, my goal as a clinician is to help you explore and better understand your unique relationship with food—and how it has shaped your life.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University and completed my post-baccalaureate internship training at Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London, earning a Diplôme de Cuisine. Classically trained in French technique and modern culinary arts, I use this culinary foundation to inspire creative, enjoyable, and healthy ways to incorporate a wide range of ingredients into your daily meals.

We can work together on menu planning, meal prep, and recipe execution—including plant-based and vegan diets—to meet your individual health needs and personal preferences.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of conditions, including IBD/IBS, pre-diabetes and diabetes, heart disease, obesity, binge eating disorder, and malnutrition. I also provide nutritional guidance for individuals using GLP-1 medications as part of a medically supervised weight management plan. In addition, I’m passionate about helping peri- and post-menopausal women navigate the complex challenges that often arise with hormonal changes.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing—really, anything outdoors. And of course, I love cooking and sharing delicious meals that nourish the body, heart, and soul.
