Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people build a healthy, balanced relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.
I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University. My experience includes working at the Eisenhower Health Outpatient Diabetes Center, supporting individuals with diabetes through practical nutrition strategies and sustainable lifestyle changes. I currently work with clients at the Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center outpatient eating disorder and mental health program, where I support individuals navigating eating disorders, emotional eating, body image concerns, and recovery.
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a personal trainer, giving me a unique perspective on the connection between nutrition, movement, and mental well-being.
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe health isn’t about perfection or rigid rules—it’s about finding balance and creating habits that fit your life.
Whether you’re working on your relationship with food, managing a health condition, improving performance, or simply wanting to feel better, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident throughout your journey.
I look forward to working with you!
