Background

Hi! I’m Daniela, MPH, RDN, a dietitian passionate about helping people build a more balanced relationship with food in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I believe nutrition should enhance your quality of life — not take it over — and I strive to meet clients where they’re at with empathy, education, and individualized care.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and completed my master’s degree and dietetic internship at University of South Florida. I currently work as a clinical oncology dietitian and have experience working with a wide variety of patients and backgrounds, which has strengthened my ability to connect with people at all stages of life and health. While I’m especially passionate about women’s health, I enjoy working with diverse populations and helping clients navigate nutrition in a way that aligns with their lifestyle, culture, preferences, and goals.

I became a dietitian because I’ve always loved food and wanted to help others embrace that too. In a world where nutrition advice online can feel overwhelming and contradictory, I value providing evidence-based guidance that feels approachable, realistic, and personalized. My goal is to help clients feel supported, informed, and confident — whether they’re making long-term changes or simply taking the first step.

Outside of nutrition, you can usually find me traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, exploring farmers markets and vintage stores, or enjoying live music and concerts. I’m also passionate about global health and had the opportunity to travel to Ghana to support hospitals and local communities through nutrition work.

Approach

My approach as an RD is rooted in meeting clients where they’re at. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where we can work together to improve your relationship with food and build realistic habits that support long-term health. I believe nutrition should feel supportive and attainable, not restrictive or overwhelming.
