I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from the University of Dayton and completed my Masters in Public Health/Nutrition at Loma Linda University.
I have over 10 years of experience as a Dietitian. I initially started out in child/school nutrition and transitioned into clinical nutrition, where I have spent the majority of my focus, working with all age groups from infants to geriatric, in both the inpatient/acute hospital setting and outpatient/long term care setting. This has provided me with extensive evidence based nutrition knowledge on managing various conditions & disease states in both the adult and pediatric population.
I am also very comfortable and happy to provide care to those with developmental disabilities.
Whether you or your child need assistance in managing a medical condition, or you just want to have some help making better food choices and need that extra motivational support, I am here to help you so that we can work together to address your needs in a kind, positive, and non-judgmental environment.
I like to have a realistic, non-judgmental approach so that I can help you set measurable goals that work with your preferences & lifestyle, helping you to ultimately achieve goals that you can sustain long term. I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and motivated during our sessions.
