As an active individual herself , Vanessa is passionate about sports nutrition and enjoys helping athletes and physically active individuals reach their optimal potential through food. Vanessa is also passionate about combating weight stigma and knew she wanted to incorporate the intuitive eating philosophy in her practice. Vanessa is passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and feel confident in their skin. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys cooking, playing with her dog BamBam, and boxing.
