My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. With a Master’s in Public Health and Dietetics from Loma Linda University—and my own experiences overcoming childhood obesity and navigating early menopause—I understand how powerful small, consistent changes can be over time.

Outside of my practice, I love recharging in nature—hiking, paddleboarding, and enjoying the beauty of Utah. I’m also a wife and a proud mom to my two fur babes, Marky and Bailey.
