Tracey R. Luciani is a passionate and results-driven oncology dietitian based in Central Connecticut, serving patients in the Manchester and Enfield areas. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut and a dietetic internship completed at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, Tracey combines clinical expertise with compassionate care to help individuals achieve their personal health goals.
Currently, Tracey provides personalized medical nutrition therapy to oncology patients while also conducting community-based nutrition presentations focused on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle habits, and evidence-based strategies for wellness. Her greatest strength lies in motivating individuals to become the healthiest versions of themselves through practical, sustainable changes in diet and physical activity.
Known for her high energy, empathy, and commitment to positive outcomes, Tracey thrives in both one-on-one and group settings. Whether counseling a patient through treatment-related challenges or inspiring a community audience, she believes in the power of food and movement to heal and empower.
Outside of her professional life, Tracey enjoys reading, traveling, going to the beach, and staying physically active.
