Hi, I’m Tonia—registered dietitian, health coach and personal trainer for women who are ready to flip the script on fitness and lifestyle at 40, 50, 60, and beyond.

My approach is all about empowering you to reclaim your health, develop a positive relationship with food, and build habits that support long-term vitality.

In our sessions, you can expect compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating midlife body changes, or exploring GLP-1 medications for weight loss support, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, structure, and accountability. I’m especially passionate about helping women reimagine what health can look and feel like in this season of life.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me training in the gym, teaching a group fitness or yoga class, or enjoying time with family. I know firsthand what it takes to make lasting change, and I love helping others discover what’s possible for them, too.
