Background

My interest in nutrition began as a teenager when I discovered just how closely food is connected to both physical and emotional well-being. That curiosity eventually led me to earn my degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University in 2002, followed by a career in education and a master's degree.

Today, as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I help people navigate the often confusing world of nutrition and find realistic solutions to their individual health concerns. Whether you're struggling with weight management, digestive issues, hormonal changes, or simply figuring out how to eat well with a busy schedule, my goal is to make healthy eating feel less overwhelming and more achievable.

I especially enjoy helping women navigate the nutritional challenges that come with different stages of life, as well as supporting individuals using GLP-1 medications who want to maintain adequate nutrition, preserve muscle, and build healthy habits that last.

As a mother of two daughters, I understand firsthand that life doesn't always leave much time for meal planning, cooking, or putting yourself first. I love helping clients find practical shortcuts, simple meals, and sustainable habits that fit into their lives rather than requiring them to completely change their routines.

I believe good nutrition should improve your quality of life, not complicate it. My goal is to help you feel better, have more energy, and develop a healthier relationship with food along the way.

Approach

Healthy eating shouldn't mean restrictive diets or giving up foods you love. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, personalized strategies that fit your life. Whether you're navigating weight management, GLP-1 medications, digestive concerns, or women's health, we'll work together to create realistic habits that help you feel your best. I believe in progress over perfection, with guidance and support every step of the way. Your choice, your change.
