Taylor is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. She obtained a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. Taylor received a Certificate of Dietetics from Utah State University. In addition to Fay, Taylor works as a dietitian at a nonprofit organization serving those with cancer, HIV/AIDS, and Type 2 Diabetes. She is an advocate for Health at Every Size who is eager to serve clients in a compassionate way through gentle nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients make realistic dietary shifts that promote health for mind, body, and spirit. In sessions with Taylor, you'll explore how to enjoy food again, in a way that makes you feel good and serves your wellbeing. She loves helping clients who want to improve their health but do not know where to begin. In her spare time, she is a traveler at heart and a cat mom of 3: Felix, Myles, and Snuggs. She became a RD to help individuals navigate what health means to them and how they can achieve it through small, consistent actions.
