Hi, I'm Tara- a RDN for more than 20 years and mom of 3 busy teens.
For the last 7 years, I have been using Motivational Interviewing in my role as a Renal Dietitian at a dialysis clinic.
I want to help counsel patients with Chronic Kidney Disease to hopefully postpone that next stage.
Growing up to be 5'11", playing sports and always being one of the "big girls" gave me a unique insight to the way women often "battle" our weight. I want to focus on a healthier body image and listening to what our bodies need.
