Background

If you're tired of food feeling stressful or confusing, you’re in the right place. I help women build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food  and their body by letting go of diet culture and learning how to eat in a way that fits their lifestyle, budget, and preferences. Instead of focusing on restriction or weight obsession, we emphasize flexibility, nourishment, and habits that support digestion, energy, and overall well-being so eating feels intuitive, supportive, and enjoyable long-term.

Like many, I once struggled with conflicting nutrition advice. Growing up, I felt overwhelmed by the ever-changing messages about what I was “supposed” to eat. Cycles of restrictive dieting left me exhausted and discouraged. Everything changed when I studied Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. There, I learned that nutrition is not a rigid set of rules but a personalized, science-based approach that adapts to individual needs. This realization was empowering—it allowed me to make informed choices and redefine my relationship with food.

Now, as a registered dietitian, I have worked with clients for over a year using my expertise to help others build confidence in their eating choices. My approach is rooted in balance, flexibility, and trust in your body's signals.

Are you ready to take the next step toward a healthier, more intuitive way of eating? I’m here to support you every step of the way. Book a session with me today!

Approach

When food is enjoyable, flexible, and aligned with your lifestyle, it becomes something you can sustain long-term. Instead of prescribing meal plans, I teach you how to make choices that work in real life by following evidenced based nutrition principles and tuning into your body’s natural cues, including hunger, fullness, energy, and satisfaction so eating becomes simple.
