Shaina Duvall, RD

I specialize in pediatric, prenatal, postpartum & vegan/vegetarian nutrition with an intuitive eating, non-diet and personalized approach. 

My experience includes general nutrition guidance, pediatric growth concerns, picky eating, food allergies, introducing solid foods, gestational diabetes, breastfeeding guidance, weight management, diabetes & pre-diabetes and heart health. 

I have a Masters degree in public health nutrition & dietetics and completed my dietetic rotation at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside, CA. 

When working with clients, my priority is that what we do is actually going to work for you and your family. We will only make changes that you want & are ready for. Eating should be an enjoyable activity, and my number one goal is to reduce your worries around food. 

When I'm not chatting about nutrition, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband & daughter, reading, cooking yummy vegan food, and painting.
