Hi! I’m Sarah Smith, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist.
I earned my Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Originally from England, I moved to the U.S. and eventually settled in East Tennessee for 16 years before making my home in Three Rivers, California, near Sequoia National Park.
Alongside my private practice, I serve as a full-time WIC Program Director, where I support families and children in improving food access and nutrition. This role has deepened my understanding of the barriers many people face and strengthened my commitment to helping them find practical, compassionate solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and camping, long-distance running, traveling, baking, and spending time with my husband, friends, family, and cat.
I am a lifelong learner, and I enjoy reading and living new experiences. I find joy in the little things, such as savoring a hot cup of coffee with a good book in the morning or taking time to be creative and paint or draw. I hope to know you soon
"I believe we all have the capacity to use our experiences as tools for resilience and healing. In my work, I take a person-centered approach—getting to know your unique story, values, culture, and relationship with food to help support your goals and foster lasting, positive change. You’ll find a safe, supportive space where I listen deeply, empower you to set your own path, and guide you toward sustainable, long-term well-being at a pace that feels right for you."
