Sara Fitzgerald, RD

Sara is a compassionate Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience providing nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for individuals of all ages. Sara has a diverse professional background having worked with individuals recovering from eating disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings, medically fragile and special needs children in early intervention and adults in long term care, assisted living, medical detox facilities and home health. Using medical nutrition therapy, Sara provides counseling and education on the nutritional aspects of a variety of chronic conditions and helps individuals come up with strategies that will work for them.
