Hi! I’m Sara, a Registered Dietitian based in sunny Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and have had the privilege of working with a wide range of patients, including those managing cardiac and pulmonary conditions, oncology treatment, eating disorders, and hormonal changes. I’ve also worked in functional nutrition, which allows me to take a deeper look at how food, lifestyle, and environment all impact your health. These experiences have shaped my belief that nutrition is a powerful tool for healing, strength, and overall well-being—and that everyone’s journey is unique.
My approach to nutrition is grounded in empathy, science, and balance. I believe food should be nourishing, joyful, and empowering—not a source of stress or guilt. Whether you’re navigating a medical diagnosis, aiming for specific health goals, or simply trying to feel better in your body, I create a supportive, personalized space to focus on realistic changes that make a meaningful difference. I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans, unnecessary restrictions, or shame—just evidence-based guidance, individualized support, and encouragement to help you feel your best.
Outside of work, I love going to the beach, experimenting in the kitchen, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do—helping people feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their relationship with food and health.
"My approach is personalized and empowering—no restrictive diets, just realistic guidance to help you feel good and see lasting results. I focus on balance, sustainability, and building a healthy relationship with food that supports both physical and mental well-being."
