She had most of her experience at a major teaching hospital (LSU and Tulane affiliated) in New Orleans, LA. She has worked in a variety of settings both inpatient and outpatient nutrition care. Most recently she has worked in bariatric nutrition and has expertise with clients on their journey pre- and post-surgery."
