As a dietitian, my goal is to help athletes and ALL individuals fuel with confidence, build lasting habits, and understand how food can elevate both performance and everyday health. Whether it’s competing at a collegiate level, training for a goal, or just wanting to feel stronger and more energized, I meet each client where they are and help them move forward with purpose.
I hold a master’s degree in nutrition and am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist (LMNT). My background includes working with collegiate athletes, helping them fine-tune their fueling to match the demands of training and competition. That same evidence-based, practical approach guides my work with ALL clients — focusing on real food, realistic plans, and measurable results.

Outside of my work, I’m a husband, dad, and hands-on DIY guy who enjoys building things — My drive comes from helping people unlock their potential, one small decision at a time, until progress becomes their new normal.
