Hi there! I’m Reem, a Registered Dietitian (RD) passionate about helping people achieve their health goals while embracing the foods they love. Originally from Yemen, I’ve lived in four countries and visited six so far, each experience enriching my understanding of diverse cultures through their food and history. Through it all, I’ve learned one thing: food is powerful. It brings people together, tells stories, and nourishes both body and soul. I firmly believe every culture’s cuisine is inherently nutritious, and you don’t have to give up the meals you grew up enjoying to live healthily. It’s all about balance and creating a personalized approach that works for you.
