Rayman Zimmerman, RD

Hi, I'm Rayman—but feel free to call me Ray! I'm from a small town in North Dakota, where I grew up competing in sports throughout high school and learning the importance of fueling my body well. That experience sparked my personal journey toward building a healthy relationship with food, which has ultimately led me to pursue a career in nutrition.

I graduated from the University of North Dakota, where I worked as a health coach during college and discovered a true passion for helping others feel their best through personalized nutrition care. I earned my Registered Dietitian (RD) credential in the summer of 2023 and spent my first year working at an adult hospital, where I also had the opportunity to cover the NICU and gain valuable clinical experience.

In June 2024, I made the move to Phoenix, Arizona, where I now work full-time as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian! I continue to have a passion for helping people one-on-one to support their unique health journeys with realistic, personalized guidance. Outside of work, you can find me going to concerts, hiking, playing volleyball, or traveling to new places. I'm excited to meet you and help you reach your wellness goals!
