Background

I am a registered, licensed dietitian and an International Board Certified Lactation Counselor (IBCLC) with a master’s degree in global health with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients in their wellness journeys. My expertise spans disordered eating and eating disorders, sports nutrition, as well as antenatal nutrition therapy. I have worked in clinical settings ranging from outpatient to a trauma I hospital, as well as with athletes domestically and abroad. As a published author in International Breastfeeding Journal (IBJ) and a registered yoga teacher-educator (E-RYT), my approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based research, movement, and mindfulness. Clients that I work with are those navigating disordered eating, those recovering from eating disorders, and those open to ditching the diet mentality to build a positive relationship with food, body, and exercise. As an IBCLC, I also work with the parent-infant dyad, including infant feeding/function and supporting those navigating the fourth trimester and beyond. By combining intuitive eating and integrative nutrition, my clients report significant improvement in their mind-body relationship, physical symptoms, and overall well-being. Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment, where accountability drives meaningful progress. My approach is non-diet and individualized. Together we make empowered decisions, and live in longterm wellness.

Beyond nutrition, I enjoy several forms of movement, travel, and nature immersions with my dog, Tiger. After living in Seoul for over 6 years, Korean food is my favorite; don’t be surprised if I recommend trying kimchi & tofu! I look forward to working with you.
