I have been a dietitian since 1998. My passion is providing education and the tools clients need to make wise choices and change their lives. In addition to being a dietitian, I have been a group fitness instructor since 2012, so empowering others to reach their goal is what I do best.
In our first appointment, we will spend time talking about your medical history, relationship with food, typical eating and exercise habits. We will talk about what goals are realistic for you and fit your lifestyle. You can expect to leave our session with a vision of the future and 1-2 simple actionable steps to work on.
You can expect all sessions to be conducted in an accepting, respectful environment. We will focus on starting the journey and building toward your final goal. I value humor and openness in our sessions.
When I’m not at work, I’m busy chasing my two miniature Aussies around the house yelling “stop that” or “what do you have in your mouth”.
