Background

At my practice " the Healthy Little Ones", I support families in building a peaceful, empowered relationship with food. With over 20 years of experience in pediatric nutrition and family counseling, I offer expert guidance and compassionate care tailored to each child’s unique needs.

My journey began in Lebanon, where I worked with families facing malnutrition and eating disorders during my studies and residency at the American University of Beirut. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University, followed by advanced clinical training at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH). There, I worked across all levels of care—from inpatient care to outpatient counselling and guidance for kids and their families—collaborating with therapists and medical teams to create sustainable, healing nutrition plans that promote healthy beliefs and practices.

I specialize in:

• Pediatric eating disorders and disordered eating

• Food allergies education

• Healthy weight counselling

• Tube feeding, refeeding and lactation counselling

• Family-based nutrition counseling

• Multidisciplinary care coordination

• Evidence-based, size-inclusive approaches

Whether your child is struggling with food anxiety, food aversions, selective eating, food allergy or a diagnosed eating disorder, I provide a safe, supportive space for healing. My approach is calm, direct, and collaborative—focused on realistic changes that empower both children and parents.

Let’s work together to help you and your child thrive.
