Hi, I’m Nicole Seedig, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in integrative and medical nutrition therapy. I help clients navigate chronic conditions, weight management, and overall wellness through a compassionate, evidence-based approach that blends science with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
My philosophy is simple: lasting change doesn’t come from extremes; it grows from consistency, compassion, and confidence. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them make practical, sustainable choices that fit real life. Whether we’re managing lab values, exploring gut health, or rebuilding a positive relationship with food, my goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and at peace in your body.
My professional background spans clinical and private practice settings. Highlights include outpatient medical nutrition therapy at National Jewish Health, individualized counseling with diverse clients, and a foundation in exercise science and behavior change. This blend allows me to support both the clinical and human sides of health, helping clients make lasting, meaningful progress.
Outside of work, I’m a cowgirl at heart who loves being outdoors with my horses, staying active through kettlebells and Pilates, and finding balance in movement and connection.
"I believe in meeting each client where they are. My approach combines medical nutrition therapy, intuitive eating, and mindful behavior change to help clients manage chronic conditions, improve health outcomes, and build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their body."
