I’m a registered dietitian who grew up in Upstate New York, studied at Auburn University, and now call the Colorado Rockies home. For years, I’ve helped clients build a balanced, sustainable relationship with food, with the past year focused on hormone health and fertility.
I specialize in hormonal dysregulation, PCOS, Endometriosis and fertility improvement. I have certifications in Nutrition for Fertility and PCOS Nutrition.
My passion for this work runs deep—I’m an IVF baby, and my mom and I both nearly lost our lives during her fertility journey. Her experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping women support their hormones, optimize fertility, and have smoother, healthier journeys to motherhood than she did.
When I’m not connecting with clients, you’ll find me traveling, outside exploring with my dog-- hiking, camping, snowboarding, or soaking in the mountain air. I value balance, connection, and joy both in nutrition and in life, and I bring that same energy to the work I do with every client.
"As an anti-diet dietitian, I help you build a balanced, sustainable relationship with food—free from restriction or guilt. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and focused on lasting habits that support energy, confidence, and wellbeing. Together, we’ll create realistic nutrition strategies so you can feel your best and find peace with food for life."
