Nicole DeStefano, RD

I’m Nicole DeStefano: a Registered Dietitian with a love for good food! My journey academically started at the University of Pittsburgh where I received my degree, but realistically it started in the kitchen with my Italian immigrant mother, where at a young age I learned to cook and love to cook for others. I’ve learned in my life how to have a healthy relationship with nutrition and fueling my body. My aim is to help others do the same!
