Hello! I’m Nicole Andrews, a Hello! I'm Nicole Andrews, a grateful mother of two, and a registered dietitian/nutritionist practicing functional nutrition therapy since 2003. I graduated from Florida International University and studied Functional Nutrition at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine.
I hold multiple certifications including: Psychology of Eating, Functional Nutrition, Certified Gluten Practitioner, Yoga Therapy & More. I wholeheartedly believe in the MIND-BODY approach to healing and living your best life.
As a single mother with 2 kids- I can relate to the need for quality, yet-convenience, and simplicity! I do my best to provide only top-quality products, programs and overall doable recommendations when it comes to anti-aging, functional health, and nutrition that meet you where you’re at. With so much information online, trends, fad diets, etc, it's easy to get confused when it comes to living a vibrant and healthy life on a daily basis, and I am happy to assist you step-by-step. In a world where health information is muddled contradiction and fads, I delight in creating authentic connection, trust, and simplicity and joy when it comes to health and healing.
One of my PERSONAL biggest struggles with the “dietetics” program was the fact that I did not agree with the USDA food pyramid guidelines. How could one of the unhealthiest populations know what to eat?
This began the mission to find out why. I embarked on a rampage of functional nutrition and medicine conferences, workshops & courses that provided me with the tools to not only heal myself as the years passed, but many others as well!
Take it from someone who did it the wrong way for years and suffered for it.
Since implementing what I’ve learned in my own life over the years, I’ve been blessed to overcome Emotional Eating, Migraines, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, SIBO, crippling Anxiety, Trigeminal neuralgia pain and Infertility.
When I’m not consulting with clients for health, I am either teaching a corporate group, meeting clients for Financial and retirement planning either for themselves or for their employees, having fun or playing sports with my 13 year-old son, and 11-year old daughter, practicing yoga, golfing, swimming in the ocean, paddle boarding, running on the beach, cooking, traveling or working on another challenge for eternitywarrior.com!
