As a newer Registered Dietitian, I bring a fresh perspective, curiosity, and a strong foundation in science-backed nutrition. My passion lies in helping individuals make sustainable, personalized changes that align with their unique health goals. I have experience working with clients in various settings and have recently started my private practice to offer more individualized support.
What sets my approach apart is my focus on nutrigenomics—the study of how our genes interact with our food. I utilize this emerging science to help clients better understand their bodies and make nutrition choices that resonate with them. Beyond the science, I prioritize building a supportive, non-judgmental relationship where clients feel truly heard and empowered.
If you choose to work with me, you can expect:
- A personalized, collaborative approach
- Nutrition recommendations rooted in science and tailored to your unique body
- Support in building habits that are sustainable and realistic
- A safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself
- Guidance focused on long-term change rather than quick fixes
Together, we'll set meaningful goals, navigate any challenges, and create a plan that works for your life—not against it. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I grew up near Atlanta, GA, where I completed my Bachelor's in Dietetics at the University of Georgia and my Master's in Nutrigenomics at Manchester University. Outside of work, you can find me at Atlanta Hawks games with friends, experimenting with new recipes, or simply relaxing at home.
If this sounds like the partnership you're looking for, feel free to reach out—I would love to connect!
