I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of High and Low Tide Nutrition LLC. After earning my Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from James Madison University, I went on to complete my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Long Island University in New York and then completed my Dietetic Internship in Texas.I specialize in working with Kidney Disease, Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes and pre-diabetes, Women’s health, Weight management, Prenatal/postpartum nutrition, Meal planning, and Plant-based nutrition diets.I am a wife and a mother of two kids; a vivacious and adventurous 4 year old daughter and a curious 1 year old son. I live by the beach and take any adventure with my family when I can get the chance.
