Hi! I’m Mindy, your Registered Dietitian. I am excited to meet you where you’re at on your journey to a healthier you. This means no judgment, no “quick fix” or overly restrictive dieting. I believe that even the smallest steps can lead to a healthier you. My focus areas include PCOS, prediabetes, cardiovascular health, weight management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 5 years with a background in clinical nutrition.

Food is my favorite. I love food, and I know that most people may fear losing their favorite foods when they take the brave step of coming to see the dietitian. My goal is not to take away all of the foods you love, but to find ways to enhance your current way of eating to help you meet your goals. I also want to help you build a healthier relationship with food, by empowering you to make nutritious choices while enjoying your favorite foods mindfully.

As a busy working mom of two boys under the age of 3, I can personally attest that eating mindfully and making nutritious choices can be easier said than done. I am here to walk with you on your journey and to share education, tips and tricks to improve your nutrition one bite at a time! I am excited to celebrate every small victory with you as we work on your nutrition goals together.
