Hi! My name is Mary Frances Lueger, and I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with a strong passion for helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health through evidence-based nutrition guidelines. My interest in nutrition began during my time as a collegiate athlete and long-distance runner, where I developed a deep appreciation for how intentional fueling impacts performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
I started my career as an inpatient Dietitian working in the hospital setting as well as hospital based cardiopulmonary rehabilitation programs. I now specialize in the outpatient setting working with individuals with diabetes and other chronic conditions to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I blend clinical expertise with practical, real-life tools to help patients thrive on their health journey, particularly when navigating appetite changes, nutritional deficiencies, GI side effects, body composition goals, and healthy weight loss while on GLP-1 therapy. I have worked extensively in both clinical and community settings, and today I bring my passion and experience to better support clients through nutrition-informed care via Fay.
"I take a personalized, evidence-driven approach—meeting clients where they are to build sustainable habits that support balanced nutrition, blood sugar control, and long-term health. I use the "ADDING" mentality when it comes to helping clients transform their lifestyle goals and be the best version of themselves."
