Kate’s drive to work with individual clients is due in strong part to pay forward the support she has received in her life from similar professionals. She is compassionate and empathetic while understanding the needs and challenges of optimizing health and nutrition in many situations.
"I take pride in my relatability and understanding of the different needs of my clients. Nutrition support is not a one-size fits all approach, and success is achieved by meeting clients where they are/by their individual needs and life goals. Nutrition is about much more than foods, drinks, diets, and supplements. We will dive deeply into those areas, as well as working with the many aspects of clients' as they relate to health and nutrition success."
